The children's groups at St. Mary's meet during the 9.30am service each Sunday, except when it is a family service.  The children start in church joining in with the first hymn and prayer and then go into the Chapter House to join either the younger group aged 3-9 or the older group aged 9+.

The Younger Group
During a session the children will usually have a story from or related to the Bible and do age-related craft activities and/or drama activities.

When it is a communion service the children return to the service, and before the last hymn, show the congregation what they have been doing.

Throughout the year we have special services which the children can participate in e.g. the Nativity, Harvest and the Rogation Walk.
