Cell group - funny name isn’t it? If you’re guessing it has anything to do with prisons, mobile phones for Americans, batteries or terrorist networks, then think again. The name actually comes from your biology lessons, and cells in a body (a body is made up of loads of different cells, and cells have this cool way of growing and multiplying… get it?).
Emmanuel and St Mary’s run cells for several different groups of young people. And because each group of young people is very different, each cell group is very different too. But even if the way we get there in each group changes, our end destination is the same – a group of young people discovering together what it means to be a Christian in the real world today.
