In addition to the church building, St. Marys is blessed with other facilities which are available for hire.
Completed in January 2000, St Mary's Chapter House is a new resource for those organizations and groups seeking a peaceful location for:

Situated on the edge of Charnwood Forest and surrounded by over an acre of mature woodland within the Church grounds, it is an ideal place for reflection, prayer and study. Access to the Church, which adjoins the Chapter House, is available for those who require it.
Built and equipped to the highest standards, it provides attractive and comfortable accommodation. There are two meeting rooms:
the ground floor room, which can seat 40/50
the upper room, a place of tranquillity, which can seat 20/30
Additionally there is a well equipped kitchen; facilities for the lesser abled (toilet and easy access to the ground floor); large off road car park within the Church grounds; access to the wood (with its viewing point and meeting place); the Memorial Garden which adjoins the Chapter House; and a barbeque area in the car park.
