Simon

My name is Simon and I came to faith 15 years ago, through a Christian lodger. I started going to Evening Praise with him and later joined the 'After Eight' group, which later became the 20/30s group.  I joined a housegroup where we did Bible studies and I got to know more members of the church. Since then I have become more involved in the life of Emmanuel by being a Welcomer, a PA operator, an assistant Church Warden and leading a housegroup with my wife.  we are now members of the TBA community.

We enjoy the different types of worship available, from the 8 am being a reflective service, to the 6.30 pm evening praise at Emmanuel. In our spare time we enjoy socialising by having friends round for a meal, and walking in the countryside, admiring the diversity of God's creation.
