Meeting weekly during term time, Wednesdays, 10am, Emmanuel Church Centre.

Welcome A big part of the Wednesday group is “welcome.” We are a group of mixed ages, currently all women, from many of the churches across Loughborough. There is a creche for people with pre-school children. We have recently hosted an Alpha course and are pleased to welcome several new members this term so it’s a good time to join! We enjoy a coffee time each week and have plans for other social events this term.

Prayer We like to regularly pray for each other in small groups and to share items for prayer outside of the meeting. Everyone can participate in whatever way they feel comfortable. We also include some form of worship each week.

Bible Study There is lots of opportunity for discussion about faith issues and the bible with an emphasis on how we apply what we read to our daily lives. Through shared leadership, we hope to offer a variety of learning styles. This term we are looking at Paul's letter to the Philippians.

Service We have links with Hope House, a project to support homeless young women. We also hope to support each other in times of individual need and in the voluntary community work many of us are involved in.
