Our Children and Youth Choir has been running for over four years now and attracts more than 40 children and young people from across Loughborough.  Our aim is to enjoy singing together while working to achieve the best standard of performance we can.  It’s also a chance to have lots of fun and make new friends too.  There are no audition requirements, you just need to be enthusiastic about singing and prepared to work hard!

There is a team of people who lead, many of whom have experience as teachers and are active musicians themselves.  There are also many adult helpers, all of whom are CRB checked.

You don’t have to go to church or be a Christian to join – children of any or no faith are very welcome.  All the leaders are Christians and we simply hope that as you get to know us you may experience something of God’s love and welcome for yourself.

Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights at Emmanuel.  The choir rehearses from 5:30 - 6:15 and the youth choir for our older singers (school years 7+) ends a little later at 6.30.
