The centre is serviced by a well equipped, commercial standard kitchen, capable of serving tea and coffee to 300 people or cooked meals for 100, together with four sinks, industrial dishwasher, separate water boiler for hot drinks and a large oven. It has a main hatch opening into the centre lounge and a smaller hatch opening into the concourse.
